"After seeing Harry Quays add in my local newspaper I immediately contacted him to enrol myself in his cooking classes. What an experience it was. I thoroughly looked forward each week to my next class. I did four courses in all with Harry and he taught me many wonderful dishes. My family looked forward every weekend to the new dishes I learnt that week. Harry truly does teach you dishes that taste like you bought them from a restaurant. The classes were fun and entertaining and you came away full after eating everything he cooked for you that lesson. You dont even have to wash up. Harry also supplies ingredients for you to buy and cooking utensils, essential to cook the wonderful dishes you learn from him".
