I began Harry's Chinese Cooking Classes in January 2015, I thought I would go for a couple of weeks to see what it was like, in the end, I did all his courses. 35 lessons in total. Because there are no upfront fees, you only pay for the lessons you attend, it is ideal for those who want to try it without a financial commitment.
Harry's classes are run in a friendly atmosphere. The demonstration, along with a copy of the recipe make it easy to follow. All the ingredients use in the recipe are for sale on the day. This is a great help for those who are not familiar with some spices or sauces. You can also buy cooking aids and utensils.
Harry cooks three or four dishes each week, then you eat them. There are so many different recipes, everyone's tastes are catered for.

I would like to thank you for catering my husband Ben's 30th birthday last weekend. Everyone commented that the food and service were both fantastic. You and you're staff were very discreet, it made everything very easy for me and there was plenty of food which everyone enjoyed. The waitstaff went beyond my expectations serving everyone and cleaning up. You wouldn't have known you'd ever been here once you had left. I would definitely recommend you for anyone looking for caterers and I know some of my guests are intending on doing your cooking classes because they were so impressed with the food.
