Harry Quay is a well known Chinese chef with many years experience in Sydney's Chinatown restaurants.

Harry's Chinese Cooking Classes have been operating for 40 years making his school one of the longest established in Sydney.

Harry also incorporates a weekend catering service for all occasions, including 'Yum Cha' (finger foods) or a simple dinner party or banquet at your home or venue of your choice for a modest charge.
